I’ve updated my website, but the information isn’t showing on my chatbot

When you update your website, you need to refresh the chatbot’s data links to see the changes. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your account.

2. Select the chatbot you want to update.

3. Click the three dots at the top right corner of the chatbot.

4. Click ‘Update’.

5. Delete each data source you want to refresh.

6. Re-add the data sources.

7. Press ‘Update’ again.

This will ensure your chatbot has the latest information.
