Editing the data sources of your chatbot is a straightforward process. Follow these simple steps to make updates to your chatbot:

1. Log in to the Customer Portal

Access the bntr customer portal by logging in with your credentials.

2. Navigate to the ‘My Chatbots’ Section

Once logged in, go to the ‘My Chatbots’ section where you can see all your chatbots.

3. Select the Chatbot to Edit

Find the chatbot you wish to edit. Click on the three dots (⋮) at the top right hand corner of the chatbot you wish to edit.

4. Click ‘Update’

From the dropdown menu, click on ‘Update’. This will take you to the editor tool where you can make changes.

5. Edit the Data Sources

In the editor tool, make the necessary updates to your chatbot’s data sources. This could involve adding new data, updating existing information, or removing outdated content.

6. Save Changes

After making your updates, scroll to the bottom of the page and click the ‘Update’ button to save your changes. Repeat this step each time you make changes to ensure all updates are saved.
