How do I delete my account?

To delete your account:

  1. Log into your account
  2. Go to Account > Billing.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page.
  4. Click on ‘Delete Your Account’ and follow the prompts.

No refunds will be provided for deleting your account mid-payment cycle. You will have access to the platform and your chatbots until the end of your billing cycle.
