Creating a chatbot with bntr is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:
1. Create an Account: If you haven’t already, sign up for an account with bntr.
2. Click ‘Create Chatbot’: Once logged in, navigate to your customer portal and click the ‘Create Chatbot’ button.

3. Add Your Data Sources: On the left-hand side of the screen, you’ll see options to add data sources. Click on the options that best suit your needs and follow the prompts to add your data.

4. Customize Your Settings: Tailor your chatbot’s settings to match your preferences. You can adjust the chatbot name, level of creativity you want your chatbot to respond with and the model you want to use.

5. Test Your Chatbot: Before going live, make sure to test your chatbot to ensure it works as expected. You can simulate conversations and refine responses as needed. Once you’re ready, click ‘Create’.

Once you have created your chatbot, you can go ahead and customize it further by right clicking on the chatbot on the ‘My Chatbots’ page and selecting ‘Settings’.
